More Images from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Released by Democratic US Lawmakers

Site layouts for the financier's personal tropical island featured within the photographs.

Furthermore included in this latest document release seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.

Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

This visual evidence reveal he had drawn up development schemes to develop the 161-acre island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.

Marked on the blueprint is a channel, a waterway in the region, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

This development map is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a notes section identifying various sections of the property.

Alongside this are what seem to be several other construction diagrams and architectural plans, such as layouts for boat shelters.

Additional materials disclosed as part of the ongoing oversight release.
